For their cleaning room they have chosen to install our innovative round bottom hygienic trough. The U-shape of the bottom allows for faster fluid transfer, reducing bacteria and contamination build-up and the need for water to keep the trough clean, making it significantly more efficient and environmentally friendly.
Aware of the strict hygienic requirements demanded in this room, the drainage of the channel is carried out by means of a completely round drain, both its body and its frame and upper grating , with compact pieces without welds and whose siphon and basket for solids collection are completely removable for easy cleaning. The slottedgrating for heavy loads incorporates flat reinforcement bars to prevent the adherence of residues. The entire assembly, made entirely from stainless steel, conforms closely to the hygienic design based on the guidelines provided by EHEDG (The European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group), a non-profit consortium that promotes food safety by improving hygienic design and engineering in all aspects of food processing and is strongly supported by European legislation requiring hygienic, machinery, equipment and conditions (Directive 2006/42/EC and standards EN 1672-2 and EN ISO 14159).
